Challenge
Edotco wanted to provide leaders (at all levels) with the knowledge and skills to be mentors to staff at all the edotco offices.
The challenge was to provide a streamlined and professional experience for the diverse group of employees from various South East Asia regions.
Solution
小优传媒 Asia partnered with edotco to plan a bespoke series of 'Inspiring to lead' workshops throughout five countries: Malaysia, Bangladesh, Myanmar, Cambodia and Pakistan.
Outcomes
We were able to successfully deliver the workshops in Kuala Lumpur, Bangladesh and Myanmar before Covid-19 made it unsafe for employees to gather. The remaining programmes will be delivered online by our skilled facilitators.
